Every summer, our founder creates a garden of herbs and produce, nurturing Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Jalapenos, Habaneros, and Serranos. In 2020, the Habanero plant flourished, yielding close to 500 homegrown peppers. An inventive solution was needed to make the most of this pepper harvest.
Engineering Exploration:
Blending engineering precision with culinary experimentation, the peppers transitioned from pickling to the creation of a meticulously crafted hot sauce recipe, achieving the perfect balance of heat and flavor. A weekend camping trip provided the opportunity to introduce this new creation to friends, resulting in resounding success and the spark of an idea.
