Lime & Basil Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil hot sauce
  • Yogurt
  • Garam masala, cumin, coriander
  • Tomato puree
  • Heavy cream

Instructions:

  • Marinate chicken in a mixture of Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil, yogurt, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • Grill or bake the marinated chicken until cooked.
  • In a pan, combine tomato puree, Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil hot sauce, and heavy cream to make the curry sauce.
  • Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and simmer until heated through.
  • Serve over rice or with naan bread.
