Lime & Basil Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillets
  • Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil hot sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Mirin
  • Ginger and garlic, minced

Instructions:

  • Mix Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil with soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and garlic to create the teriyaki sauce.
  • Marinate salmon fillets in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  • Grill or bake the salmon until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Baste with additional teriyaki sauce while cooking.
  • Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
