Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets
- Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil hot sauce
- Soy sauce
- Mirin
- Ginger and garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Mix Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil with soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and garlic to create the teriyaki sauce.
- Marinate salmon fillets in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or bake the salmon until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Baste with additional teriyaki sauce while cooking.
- Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
