Lime & Basil Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients:● Shredded lime & basil-marinated chicken● Corn tortillas● Enchilada sauce● Grated cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)● Chopped cilantro and diced tomatoes for garnish
Instructions:Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).Mix shredded chicken with Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil hot sauce.Warm tortillas and fill each with the chicken mixture, rolling them up and placingthem seam-side down in a baking dish.Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with grated cheese.Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.Garnish with chopped cilantro and diced tomatoes before serving.
