Ingredients (Serves 4): 2 lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank steak) 1/2 cup Sauce Daddy's lime and basil hot sauce 2 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp smoked paprika Salt and pepper to taste Lime wedges and fresh basil for garnish (optional) Directions: In a bowl, whisk together hot sauce, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a marinade. Lime & Basil Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:● Shredded lime & basil-marinated chicken● Corn tortillas● Enchilada sauce● Grated cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)● Chopped cilantro and diced tomatoes for garnish Instructions:Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).Mix shredded chicken with Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil hot sauce.Warm tortillas and fill each with the chicken mixture, rolling them up and placingthem seam-side down in a baking dish.Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with grated cheese.Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.Garnish with chopped cilantro and diced tomatoes before serving.
