Ingredients (Serves 4): 2 lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank steak) 1/2 cup Sauce Daddy's lime and basil hot sauce 2 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp smoked paprika Salt and pepper to taste Lime wedges and fresh basil for garnish (optional) Directions: In a bowl, whisk together hot sauce, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a marinade. Lime & Basil Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients: Salmon fillets Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil hot sauce Soy sauce Mirin Ginger and garlic, minced Instructions: Mix Sauce Daddy Lime & Basil with soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and garlic to create the teriyaki sauce. Marinate salmon fillets in the sauce for at least 30 minutes. Grill or bake the salmon until it flakes easily with a fork. Baste with additional teriyaki sauce while cooking. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
